Mustard Flavored Hamburgers

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound, minced
  Finely chopped onion 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Hamburger rolls 4 , halved
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Put the beef in a mixing bowl.
Add the onion and plenty of seasoning.
Divide and shape the mixture into 4 patties and put on a micro-proof meat roasting rack.
Cook on HIGH for 5-6 minutes, turning once.
Lightly toast the rolls under a conventional broiler (grill).
Spread with mustard.
Put a hamburger in each roll, top with onions and ketchup or cheese.
