1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced meat, red onion, weet bix, egg, tomato sauce, soy sauce, hot chilli sauce, chilli flakes, thyme, sea salt, and pepper. Mix well and roll the mixture into patties.
2. In a pan, cook the patties for 5-7 minutes over medium flame.
3. Place a slice of cheese on top and allow it to melt.
4. Place patty on bun and serve with your favourite topping like spinach, sauce, tomato, and egg.
You can use water or oil to cook patties.
