How To Make a Chili Hamburger

Welcome to the SimpleCookingChannel. Things might get pretty simple sometimes but sometimes that's just what a person needs. I hope you like my recipe for a chili hamburger.
Ingredients
  Minced beef 250 Gram
  Red onion 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Weet bix 1 Cup (16 tbs) (3)
  Eggs 1
  Tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon (1-2)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon (1-2)
  Hot chili sauce 3 Tablespoon (2-3)
  Chili flakes 2 Teaspoon (1-2)
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt and pepper To Taste
  Cheese slice 2
Directions

MAKING

1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced meat, red onion, weet bix, egg, tomato sauce, soy sauce, hot chilli sauce, chilli flakes, thyme, sea salt, and pepper. Mix well and roll the mixture into patties.

2. In a pan, cook the patties for 5-7 minutes over medium flame.

3. Place a slice of cheese on top and allow it to melt.

SERVING

4. Place patty on bun and serve with your favourite topping like spinach, sauce, tomato, and egg.

TIPS

You can use water or oil to cook patties.
