Pressed Cuban Hamburger

Enjoy this simple hamburger with French fries. This recipe is made with lean beef and ham and low fat cheese. The calories are kept on check. All you need is to assemble the ingredietns and grill it. Your pressed hamburger is ready.
Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Lean baked ham slices 4
  Low fat swiss cheese slices 4
  Pickles 1 Tablespoon
  Italian bread loaf/Cuban bread 1
  Low fat mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
Directions

Place beef in a mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Make four patties.

Mix the mustard, mayonnaise, and garlic to make a spread.

Grill hamburgers on medium high heat, 3-4 minutes per side.

Build the hamburgers; pickle, hamburger, ham, swiss, and spread. Place on a greased baking pan. Place on grill.

Place a second greased pan over the hamburgers and put a brick on top, to press down the hamburgers. Grill on high heat for an additional 3-minutes.

Enjoy with some baked french fries.
