Grilled Hamburgers with Herbs
|Lean ground round||1 Pound|
|Egg/2 egg whites||1|
|Shallot/Green onion||1 , chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Herb dressing||1 Teaspoon|
Mix meat with egg, shallot, garlic, and parsley.
Shape into 4 patties.
Sprinkle salt lightly in a large frying pan and saute patties over moderately high heat, turning to brown both sides and cooking until medium rare.
Transfer to a platter and spoon over Herb Dressing.
