Grilled Hamburgers With Herbs

Ingredients
  Lean ground round 1 Pound
  Egg/2 egg whites 1
  Shallot/Green onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Herb dressing 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix meat with egg, shallot, garlic, and parsley.
Shape into 4 patties.
Sprinkle salt lightly in a large frying pan and saute patties over moderately high heat, turning to brown both sides and cooking until medium rare.
Transfer to a platter and spoon over Herb Dressing.
Contains about 245 calories per serving.
