Ingredients
  Ground chuck 1 Pound
  Soy sauce 4 Teaspoon (1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Shape mixture into 4 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
