Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 4 Tablespoon, grated
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Kosher salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated potato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained
  Egg 1
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Whole wheat buns 8 , halved
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a mixing bowl and combine together onion, beef, salt, garlic, egg, potato, pepper and water in it.
2) Shape the mixture into 8 hamburgers.
3) Take a skillet and melt fat in it. Add the hamburgers along with onion and cook for about 15 minutes or until brown. Make sure that you turn the hamburgers after 10 minutes.

SERVING
4) Place the hamburgers on each bun half. Add onion slices and place the top buns. Serve immediately.
