Hamburger Oven Stew

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Canned whole tomatoes 16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Canned whole kernel corn 16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Canned cut green beans 16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Canned beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Potatoes 6 Medium, peeled and cubed
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Celery seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Refrigerator buttermilk biscuits 22 Ounce, 2 cans, 11 ounce each
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 450 degrees F

MAKING
2. In a Dutch oven, combine ground beef and onion, cook it over medium heat till meat is browned and it crumbles
3. Add next 6 ingredients and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat
4. Now add cheese and seasonings, stir till cheese melts, simmer for 90-100 minutes, till it's dry
5. In a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish, pout the mixture and place biscuits on top
6. Finally Bake at 400° for 10 to 13 minutes

SERVING
7. Serve with salads, cooked vegetables
