  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Do not overmix.
2) Shape into 4 patties.
3) Arrange on grill 3 inches from coals.
4) Cook for 3 minutes on each side.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
