Ingredients
  Ground round steak 2 Pound
  Egg 1
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Bon appetit 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beef base 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fat 1 Tablespoon (For Searing)
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine meat, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, nutmeg, black pepper, onion powder, Bon Appetit and Soy sauce.
2.Put beef flavor base in water and mix until dissolved.
3.Put the dissolved mixture in beef.
4.Make 4-8 patties of meat.
5.Brown the patties in the heated fat.

SERVING
6.Place the patties in the split of hamburger buns and serve.
