Ingredients
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flank steak 3⁄4 Pound, ground
  Oat bran 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hamburger buns 4
  Lettuce 1
  Alfalfa sprouts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Slice hamburger buns in half. Set aside.
2) In a medium bowl add onions, mustard, relish, catsup, garlic powder, beef and oat bran to combine thoroughly.
3) Make out 4 patties from the mixture.

MAKING
4) Place the patties inside the broiler to broil 7 to 10 minutes on each side.
5) Lightly toast the hamburger bun halves.
6) Top with meat patty, lettuce and alfalfa sprouts, if desired.
7) Season to taste with salt and pepper.

SERVING
8) Serve the hamburger with tomato ketchup and Dijon mustard.
