|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Juice||1 Tablespoon (Orange Flavored)|
|Red wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine the ground beef with the onion juice and cream.
Shape into patties and saute quickly in butter.
Add the wine to the pan and cook until done, basting frequently.
Serve between buns spread with parsley butter.
