|Cheese||4 Ounce (115 Gram, Cheddar Or Gruyere)|
|Burger mix||1 Pound (455Gram)|
|English mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Wholemeal hamburger rolls||6|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1) In butter, saute the onion till it has softened.
2) Into the burger mix, grate the cheese and add the cooked onions as well as the mustard.
3) Form the mixture into 6 burgers and cook over a grill for some minutes till both the sides are done.
4) Serve hot after placing in the split rolls with relish or pickle.
