Deer Meat Hamburger

1 Divide the meat into even sized balls.

2 Chop the onions and set aside.


3 In a pan, place the meat balls, and flatten lightly.

4 Put some chopped onions on each pattie and press lightly as shown in the video.

5 Flip and let cook on the other side.

6 Place a cheese slice on each meat pattie.

7 Place the pickle on the cheese slice as shown in the video.

8 In another skillet, lightly heat the buns.

9 Transfer the prepared meat pattie on to the bun and cover with the other half.


10 Serve with some homemade french fries.
