Yummy Filled Hamburgers

Ingredients
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup, Stir Together)
  Shredded swiss cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Stir Together)
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon (Stir Together)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Teaspoon, softened, stir together
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon, stir together
  Finely chopped green onion with tops 1 Tablespoon (Stir Together)
Directions

Spread even amounts of filling over 4 of the patties to within 1/4 inch of edges.
Dampen edge of each patty with a little water.
Top with remaining patties and pinch edges of meat together to completely enclose the cheese mixture.
Heat a large skillet and cook hamburgers by cooking over medium-high heat to desired done-ness.
Meanwhile, have ready 4 hamburger rolls on a bed of lettuce and set each hamburger on a roll and serve hot.
