Ingredients
  Ground chuck 1 Pound
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated onion 2 Teaspoon
  Horse-radish 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pumpernickel loaf 1 (Round Bread Loaf)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Take the pumpernickel bread and cut a slice from the top of the bread.
2)Remove the bread core, leaving just the crust forming a bread basket.
3)Spread the insides with softened butter.

MAKING
4)In a bowl, mix beef, onion, egg, mustard, horseradish, pepper and salt. Make small balls out of the mixture.
5)Using a heavy duty aluminum, form a pan.
6)Keep the handmade foil pan on the grill over hot coals.
7)Put in 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine in it and heat up.
8)Put in the meatballs and brown on all sides.
9)Place the bread basket on one side of the grill as the meatballs are getting browned.

SERVING
10)Remove from heat. Place the meatballs inside the bread basket and serve hot.
