|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Horse radish||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1)In a wide bowl, mix the beef, catsup, mustard, horseradish, onion, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, salt and milk.
2)Make 4 large of 8 small patties out of the beef mixture,
3)Grill the patties for about 6 minutes on each side for large patties and grill for 4 minutes for smaller patties.
4)Cook till the patties are browned well on the outside to your liking.
5)Remove the patties form the grill. Make burgers and serve.
