Ingredients
  Ground chuck 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned mushroom buttons 12
  Green pepper 12 (1 Inch)
  Tomato 12 (1 Inch)
  Bermuda onion 12
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, add salt and pepper to the meat and mix lightly.
2)Make meat balls of 1 ½ inch diameter.
3)On a skewer, thread the meat balls alternating with pepper, mushrooms, tomato and onions. Repeat the same process for the other skewers.
4)Brush the skewers with salad oil and broil over the hot coals.
5)Turn the skewers occasionally and cook till the meat is well browned.

SERVING
6)Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot..
