|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Blue cheese||1⁄4 Pound|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1)In a bowl, add salt and pepper to the ground beef and mix.
2)Make 8 thin patties.
3)In a bowl, crumble the cheese using a fork. Mix Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, mustard with the cheese.
4)Keep a quarter of the cheese mixture between two patties and seal the edges together by pressing.
5)Over the hot coals of a grill, broil the patties on both the sides.
6)Remove from the grill and serve hot with burger buns.
