Ingredients
  Potatoes 225 Gram
  Carrots 225 Gram
  Onion 55 Gram
  Peas 115 Gram
  Capsicum 55 Gram
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Bread 30 Gram
  Egg 1
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 10 Milliliter
Directions

1. Boil and mash potatoes.
2. Boil and mash carrots and peas.
3. Chop onion and capsicum fine.
4. Soak bread.
5. Heat oil. Saute onion and capsicum.
6. Add mashed vegetables and bread with moisture squeezed out.
7. Add cayenne pepper, salt and beaten egg. Mix well.
8. Shape into hamburgers 5 cm. (2") in diameter.
9. Shallow fry.
