Hamburger Omelets Foo Yong

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 6
  Tvp 3⁄4 Pound (Ground Beef-Textured Vegetable Protein Mixture)
  Canned bamboo shoots 5 Ounce, drained
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 6 , stiffly beaten
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chinese brown sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat egg yolks till thick and lemon-colored.
Blend in next 6 ingredients.
Fold in egg whites.
In large skillet melt margarine or butter.
Using 1/3 cup mixture for each omelet, cook over medium heat 3 minutes on each side.
Add more margarine, if needed.
Serve with Chinese Brown Sauce.
