Quick Hamburgers

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 , grated
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fat 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (little required)
  Toasted hamburger buns 1
  Sauce 1 Tablespoon (for serving)
  Lettuce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for serving)
Directions

1. Mix the ingredients together and shape into patties.
2. Cook either by broiling, pan frying in a little fat or cooking on a barbecue, 4 minutes each side.
3. Serve in a toasted hamburger bun with your favorite sauce, lettuce.
