Cheese Hamburgers

  Beef chuck/Round beef 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Corn flakes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Dash (Speck)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Processed american cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Pound, grated to make 1 cup

Combine the beef, corn flakes, 1/4 c milk, 1/4 teasp salt, pepper, and catchup.
Form into 6 patties, then saute in 1 tablesp fat until brown on both sides.
Melt remaining 1 tablesp fat in a saucepan.
Stir in flour and mustard, then remaining 1 1/2 c milk and 1/2 teasp salt.
When smooth, add cheese and cook until melted.
Arrange hamburgers in a baking dish.
Pour sauce over them, then bake in a slow oven of 325°F-for 20 min.
