  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Kitchen bouquet 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Mixed With 2 Tablespoons Water)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
Mix well.
Form into 3 to 4 patties.
Place on roasting rack.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES, 30 SECONDS to 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until desired doneness, turning once.
