Hamburgers with Cheese
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)|
|Evaporated milk||166 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)|
|Fine cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Soft cheese||5 Ounce (155 Gram)|
1. Combined all the ingredients except the cheese.
2. Pat onto waxed paper spreading the mixture into a 12 inch square. Spread with the cheese. Roll the meat into a roll or loaf, seal the edges and cut 12, 1 inch (2 1/2 cm) slices. Broil under a slow broiler for at least 16 minutes.
