|Liver sausage/Braunschweiger||1⁄4 Pound (1/2 Cup)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry onion soup mix||2 Tablespoon|
Blend liver sausage and egg.
Add remaining ingredients; mix till blended.
Shape mixture into 4 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Broil over medium coals 5 minutes.
Turn and broil 5 minutes longer.
