Savory Hamburger Mixture

Ingredients
  Minced beef 1 Pound, or ground (2 Cups / 450 Gram)
  Tomato ketchup 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon, Catsup)
  Soy sauce 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Chopped fresh herbs 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Celery salt 2 1⁄2 Milliliter (1/2 Tablespoon)
  Horseradish sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  French mustard 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Place 1 tbsp on a plate and cook on high for 2 minutes. Taste to test for flavour.
This is the basic, uncooked recipe to which sauces and liquids may be added for 'wet' dishes or eggs and breadcrumbs for 'dry' dishes such as hamburgers, meatballs etc.
To cook this dish on its own, place the mixture in a casserole dish, cover and cook for 7—9 minutes, stirring twice during the cooking time. Add sauce or gravy as required.
