Breakfast Hamburgers

Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread slices 1
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Sage To Taste
  Flour 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Pour the milk over bread in a bowl and let soften.
Add the hamburger, egg and seasonings and shape into patties.
Dredge with flour.
Fry in small amount of fat in a skillet until brown.
Serve with eggs.
