Ingredients
  Bread slice 2 , crusts removed
  Lean braising steak 1 Pound (450 g)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Onion 1 Medium, quartered
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Baps 4 , split and toasted
Directions

Moisten the bread with a little water, then squeeze out the excess water.
Mince together the steak, garlic, onion and bread, then mix well together with salt, pepper and the mustard.
Mix in the egg.
Divide into four portions and shape into patties.
Grill the hamburgers over hot coals.
Put a hamburger into each bap and serve with sliced onions, tomatoes and pickles, if you like.
