Hamburger Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Thinly sliced carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaf 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Crumble ground beef in 2-quart glass casserole. Stir in carrots, celery and green pepper. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients; mix well; recover.
3. Microwave on REHEAT for 1
