Hamburger Kabobs

  Lean meat 1 Pound, chopped
  Egg white 1
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dill pickles 4
  Red onion 1 , sliced, cut into four 1/ 2 inch rings
  Cherry tomatoes 8
  Hamburger buns 4 , cut into quarters

Put meat in a mixing bowl.
Stir in egg white, catsup, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Shape hamburger into 1 1/ 2h balls.
Thread skewers with hamburgers, dill pickles, onion, and cherry tomatoes, ending with pieces of hamburger bun.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on grill over ashen coals.
Grill kabobs for about 8 to 10 minutes, rotating occasionally.
If rolls toast too quickly, carefully remove them from the skewers and continue grilling until meat is done to taste.
