In mixing bowl, combine ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Form meat mixture into 12 thin patties, about 4 1/2 inches in diameter.
Combine onion, green pepper, cheese, catsup and mustard.
Place approximately 2 tablespoons mixture in center of 6 meat patties.
Top with remaining meat patties, sealing edges well.
Wrap each pattie with bacon slice; fasten securely with toothpick.
Place patties on rack of broiler pan.
Broil at Hi Broil setting, 3 inches from heat for 9 minutes.
Turn patties over and continue broiling 7 to 8 minutes for well done patties.
