Ingredients
  Frozen chopped cooked spinach 10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package, 284 Gram)
  Cooking spray 1
  Lean ground beef 1 Kilogram
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Egg 1
  Seasoned bread crumbs 50 Milliliter
  Parmesan cheese 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Salt 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)
  Pepper 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Crumbled oregano 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Tomato sauce 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Condensed beef broth 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)
Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly.
Shape into 14 patties, using about 75 mL (1/3 cup) mixture for each.
Spray frying pan with cooking spray.
Brown patties on both sides, remove from pan.
Pour tomato sauce and broth into pan.
Bring to a boil, scraping up brown bits; add hamburger patties.
Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 20 minutes, baste often.
