Loco Moco the Hawaiian version of Hamburger Steak and gravy over rice with sunny side up eggs tastes scrumptious. Join James in his kitchen and see how he prepares the Loco Moco Hawiian Hamburger Steak, try out and enjoy!
Ingredients
  Hamburger meat 1 Pound (1 Packet)
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Seasoning 1 Pinch (Tonys)
  Garlic powder 1 Pinch
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Finely diced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (For Frying)
  Eggs 2 (For Sunny Side Up)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Hamburger meat 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finely diced
  Black pepper powder 1 Pinch
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (1 Small Cup)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Hot sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a bowl mix all the patty ingredients, shape into two patties. In a pan, fry the patties in heated oil until evenly brown on both sides. Remove on a plate and keep aside.
In the same pan, add little oil and saute the onion and meat on a medium heat. Stir in the flour, season with the black pepper powder and stir well until brown. Stir in water, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and heat well.
Place the patties in the gravy, turn and simmer for about 5 min. Adjust the seasoning.
Prepare the sunny side up with two eggs on a medium-low heat.
Serve the patties over cooked rice, pour over the gravy and top with the sunny side up.
