Winter Hamburger Part 2 – Preparing The Dish

It's just an experiment, but I'm so happy because it turns out so yummy. Try yourself and enjoy your winter afternoons.
  Minced beef 400 Gram
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated mixed pepper seeds 1 Pinch
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 4 Medium
  Borth cube 1⁄2
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Ariosto powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Water 200 Milliliter
  Grounded mixed pepper seeds 1 Pinch
  Corn starch 1 Tablespoon

In a medium size bowl, mix all the first set of ingredients but the potatoes, marinate for 15 minutes then prepare the minced beef into flat-round shaped or any shape you desire.

Heat a non-stick frying pan, well-cook the hamburgers and set aside.

In the same pan, add the butter, the cubed potatoes, the chopped parsley, the Ariosto powder until potatoes are lightly golden brown then add the water, the broth cube, the soy sauce, the grounded mixed pepper seeds and bring to boil until potatoes are cooked, dissolve the corn starch in a few water, add to the potatoes and stir until it thicken, add the cooked hamburger and continue mixing for 2 minutes until the hamburger absorbed the flavor.
