1) Mix the ground pork and ground beef together. Stir in 1 tablespoon melted butter, eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the lemon juice, lemon rind, parsley, bread crumbs and onion. Mix well Form mixture into 6 patties.
2) Brown the patties in the remaining butter. Add the wine, lower the flame, and simmer 25 to 30 minutes, turning the patties often.
