The lemon flavor does work wonders on this Sherry Hamburgers dish. It does take much time to cook these patties, brown them, add wine; and your Sherry Hamburgers is ready. Get ready for a wonderful eating experience.
  Lean ground pork 3⁄4 Pound
  Ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1
  Grated lemon rind 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, dried
  Bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, dried
  Sherry 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Hamburger buns 6

1) Mix the ground pork and ground beef together. Stir in 1 tablespoon melted butter, eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the lemon juice, lemon rind, parsley, bread crumbs and onion. Mix well Form mixture into 6 patties.
2) Brown the patties in the remaining butter. Add the wine, lower the flame, and simmer 25 to 30 minutes, turning the patties often.
