|Worcestershire sauce||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Small, cut into wedges|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Ground beef||3 Pound|
Combine all ingredients except meat in container of an electric blender or food processor, and process until smooth.
Add to meat, mixing well.
Shape into 8 to 10 patties.
Grill patties 3 to 5 inches from the hot coals 7 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness
