Saucy Hamburger Steaks

|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Burgundy wine/Other dry red wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Bread slices||2 , crusts removed and bread crumbled|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Mushroom brown sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well, and shape into 4 patties.
Cook patties in hot oil in a large skillet until browned on each side.
Add Mushroom Brown Sauce, and simmer 5 minutes
