Saucy Hamburger Steaks

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Burgundy wine/Other dry red wine 2 Tablespoon
  Bread slices 2 , crusts removed and bread crumbled
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Mushroom brown sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well, and shape into 4 patties.
Cook patties in hot oil in a large skillet until browned on each side.
Add Mushroom Brown Sauce, and simmer 5 minutes
