Soy Dipped Hamburgers

Soy Dipped Hamburgers has a fantastic taste. The beef and soy sauce gives the Soy Dipped Hamburgers a mouth-watering taste. Soy Dipped Hamburgers is inspired by restaurants globally. Must catch it.
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced and pressed
  Grated ginger 2 Teaspoon (Use Fresh Ones)
  Worcestershire 2 Tablespoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Lean ground beef 3 Pound
  Hamburger buns/French rolls 8 , split and buttered
  Thinly sliced tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green bell pepper rings 1 Cup (16 tbs)

In a bowl, mix soy, water, garlic, ginger, Worcestershire, and sugar.
Shape beef into 8 patties, each about 1 inch thick; place in a large heavy-duty plastic bag.
Pour marinade over patties in bag; seal bag securely and rotate to distribute marinade.
Place in a shallow baking pan.
Refrigerate (or place in a picnic cooler) for 1 to 2 hours.
Lift patties from marinade and drain briefly .
Place patties on a lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of hot coals.
Cook, turning once and basting with marinade, until done to your liking; cut to test (8 to 10 minutes for rare).
When you turn patties, place buns, cut side down, around outside of grill to toast.
