Quick Hamburger Stew

Ingredients
  Lean hamburger 6 Ounce
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Water 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Potatoes 8 , cut up
  Barley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen mixed vegetables 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Fresh vegetables 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (To Taste)
  Seasoning To Taste (Without Salt)
Directions

1. Brown hamburger and drain well.
2. Whisk cornstarch into water.
3. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until all vegetables are tender.
