|Ground beef round||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Unsifted flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mozzarella cheese slices||6|
|Canned mushroom pieces||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Spaghetti sauce||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
Preheat over to 400 Â°F.
Gently mix beef with salt and pepper.
Shape into 6 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Coat each patty with flour; dip into eggs.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Brown in fat.
Arrange in single layer in baking pan, about 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
Top each patty with slice of mozzarella cheese.
Place mushroom pieces on top of cheese-covered patties.
Top with spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 25 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
