|Tomato slices||8 (Spread With Mayonnaise And Sprinkled With Chopped Chives)|
|Ham slice||8 (Spread With French Mustard)|
|Sliced dill pickles||1 Tablespoon|
|Horseradish relish||1 Tablespoon|
Combine minced steak, eggs, breadcrumbs and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
Mix together thoroughly and shape into 16 thin patties.
Place chosen filling on 8 of the patties, top with remaining patties and press edges together firmly.
Barbecue over hot coals for approximately 8-10 minutes on each side or until cooked.
