|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

|Processed american cheese slices||8|
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat; remove from heat.
Stir in stuffing mix and next 6 ingredients.
Set stuffing mixture aside.
Combine ground beef and salt, stirring until combinecj.
Shape into 16 patties.
Top 8 patties with 1/4,cup stuffing mixture on each.
Cover with remaining patties, pinching edges together to seal.
Place patties in a lightly greased wire grilling basket.
Grill over medium coals 10 to 12 minutes on each side or until desired degree of cloheness.
Place lettuce on bottom half of each bun; top with a meat patty and cheese slice.
Cover with top of bun
