Baked Ham Slice With Curried Fruit

  Smoked ham slice 1 , cut 1 inch thick
  Lightly packed light brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon

Cut fat from ham.
Chop fat and mix with remaining ingredients.
Place ham in baking pan.
Cover with crumb mixture.
Bake at 375°F about 50 minutes.
