|Canned pineapple slices||4 , drained, reserve 1/3 cup syrup|
|Bread slice||3 , cut into small pieces|
|Ground ham||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Brown pineapple slices in butter in a skillet.
Combine syrup and egg; add bread pieces; set aside 10 minutes.
Mix in ham.
Shape into 8 thin patties slightly larger than pineapple slices.
Coat pineapple slices with brown sugar.
Place on 4 ham patties; top with remaining ham patties; press edges to seal completely.
Lightly brown on both sides.
