Fruited Ham Dinner

Ingredients
  Bananas 2 , peeled and quartered
  Canned peach slices 8 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
  Canned pear halves 7 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
  Maraschino cherries 12 , halved
  Pumpkin pie spice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fully cooked ham slice 2 Pound (1 Inch Thick Slices)
  Canned sweet potatoes 29 Ounce, drained and cut in half (1 Can Of 1 Pound And 13 Ounce)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine canned fruit.
Drain off all but 1/2 cup syrup.
Mix together 1/2 cup syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
Set aside.
Place ham in a 12x8x2 inch glass baking dish.
Arrange sweet potatoes around ham.
Mix together brown sugar, mustard and reserved 1/2 cup syrup.
Pour over ham and potatoes.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave 6 to 9 minutes, giving dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
Arrange fruit over top of ham.
Baste with drippings in bottom of dish.
Microwave 8 to 10 minutes, giving dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
