Ingredients
  Ground smoked ham 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Day old bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dissolved in 1 tablespoon milk
Directions

Combine ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Place in shallow 8 inch by 12 inch baking dish.
Cover with cranberry or applesauce topping the last 10 minutes of baking.
Bake at 350F for 1 1/4 hours.
Cut in squares to serve and garnish each square with a sprig of parsley.
