  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled
  Sweet potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled
  Ham 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)

Arrange 1/3 of potatoes and sweet potatoes in the bottom of a buttered 2 quart casserole.
Cover with 1/3 of the ham.
Sprinkle with half each of the flour, salt, pepper and onion.
Dot with 1 tablespoon of the butter.
Add half the remaining potatoes in a layer; cover with half the remaining ham.
Top with the last of potatoes and ham.
Sprinkle with remaining flour, salt, pepper and onion; dot with remaining butter.
Pour milk over top.
Cover and bake in a 350° oven 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and top is browned.
