Ham Cheese And Egg Ramekins

Ingredients
  Diced cooked ham 2 Ounce
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Lettuce leaves 1
Directions

Mix together the ham and the cheese.
Butter four ramekins and break one egg into each dish.
Pierce the yolks carefully with a toothpick (cocktail stick) to prevent them bursting during cooking.
Divide the ham and cheese mixture between the four ramekins, topping each egg with the mixture.
Put the ramekins in the microwave, covered with a piece of kitchen paper.
Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
Leave to stand for 2 minutes.
Line a serving dish with the lettuce leaves.
Turn the ramekins out on to the lettuce.

well that didn't work at all! I pierced the yolk but it exploded anyway! Bummer since I still need to make something to eat.
