Ham & Cheese Stacked Potatoes
|Bacon strip||6 , cooked and crumbled|
|Tomato||1 Large, diced|
|Avocado||1⁄2 , diced and tossed with 1 teaspoon lemon juice|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Diced cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place bacon, tomato, avocado, sour cream, and onions in individual bowls to serve as condiments.
Make a cross slit in each potato top.
With both hands, gently squeeze potato on each end, slightly pushing meaty potato pulp up through top.
Arrange potatoes on individual serving plates.
Place 1 tablespoon of the butter in each potato opening, then 1/3 cup of the cheese, and 1/4 cup of the ham.
At the table, pass bowls of condiments.
