Creamed Ham Supreme
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ham||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Butter||4 Tablespoon, melted|
|Cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
Blend milk smoothly with flour.
Add to melted butter and stir until mixture begins to thicken.
Stir in ham and cheese.
Salt to taste.
Dust with paprika.
Serve over poached eggs on toast or use over broccoli, asparagus or brussels sprouts.
